• Interaction: Dive deep into pressing industry topics and participate in hands-on activities designed to sharpen your skills and broaden your knowledge, including a timely Capital Markets panel moderated by DSC Capital Principal Jennifer Thrower featuring perspectives from Janel Jensen, Director and Market Leader of the Retail Portfolio at Unico, Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Brenda Puls, Partner at Trinity Real Estate, Lex Wieneke, and Real Estate Coordinator for 125+ unit operator of Wingstop in 5 states, Destiny Warix. The event will also feature an Economic Update led by Coo Barimani, a veteran thought leader researcher and analyst, and Best Practices for Collaboration and Mindset led by West Coast Commercial Realty President, Tiffini Connell, and Senior Vice President at Windermere Services, Michael Fanning.

Investment

As a token of our appreciation for our founding members, CREA is covering a majority of the event cost to ensure accessibility for all. Your investment for this full-day experience is as follows:

• Members: $387 (includes full access to all sessions and dinner cruise)
• Non-Members: $575 (includes full access to all sessions and dinner cruise)
• Dinner Cruise Guest Pass: $95 (optional — invite your plus ones to join the dinner cruise!)
• Current University of Washington Students: $150 (day event access only, no dinner cruise included)

Party on the Cut 

Friday, May 3rd | 6:00pm - 10:00pm | Must be 21 and over | $35/per person 

Location: NE Corner of Montlake Cut, near the UW Waterfront Activity Center

Boats, Bites, Brews, & Bands! Join us for a private party on the shores of the Montlake Cut to kick off Windermere Cup weekend and to raise money for a good cause. Enjoy food trucks, a beverage tent, twilight rowing sprints, and live music by two of Seattle’s favorite dance bands; Algorhythm and Nite Wave. Proceeds will benefit the Windermere Foundation and the Joe Rantz Rotary Youth Foundation to build a youth shelter in Sequim, WA, home of Joe Rantz, the main character in the best-selling book and movie The Boys In the Boat.

Opening Day + Windermere Cup

Saturday, May 4th| 9:00am - 1:30pm | $80.00/per adult, $45/per child 6-12; $0 children 5 and under 

Location: NE Corner of Montlake Cut, near the UW Waterfront Activity Center 

The Shore Party is an exclusive party held on the northeast shore of the Montlake Cut during the Windermere Cup, held on Seattle's Opening Day of Boating Season. This private party provides prime viewing of the Windermere Cup and the Seattle Yacht Club's Boat Parade. Tickets include continental breakfast, lunch, beer, wine, and souvenirs. Don't miss it! Come for all or part of the day!
